Tagliatelle al Ragù
Hand-made fresh egg tagliatelle ribbons served with our signature slow-cooked beef sauce. The ragù is lovingly prepared over 8 hours, allowing the grass-fed beef to break down into a rich, velvety sauce infused with San Marzano tomatoes, aromatic herbs, and a splash of red wine.
