What You’ll Need
A bit of space for the dough-making portion and a driveway or suitable area for the truck setup. Our truck is approximately 8.2m long x 2.4m wide and 3.4m tall.
Pricing
- 1 to 7 guests: $850 total
- 8 to 20 guests: $115 per person

Use your own oven
This workshop is designed for those who want to master Contemporary Pizza Making using the tools they already have at home.
We’ll guide you through every step—from mixing and kneading the dough to topping, baking, and enjoying your freshly made pizza—all using your own oven setup.
Ideal for intimate gatherings, team-building activities, or a unique night with family and friends, this experience brings the joy of Italian cooking straight to your home.

Bench space for dough prep, stretching, and a pizza oven.

School Pizza Workshops

Option 1: Hands-On Masterclass
A fully interactive session on our custom pizza truck where students dive into the pizza-making process.
- Mix and knead authentic pizza dough from scratch
- Create traditional tomato sauce using hand-crushed San Marzano tomatoes
- Learn key techniques in dough handling, fermentation, and toppings
- Watch a live cooking demo on our custom pizza truck
