Today, Clandestina—named for its sense of adventure and discovery—is a family affair. Michele, alongside his wife Natalia from Colombia, brings the authentic flavors of Italy to South Australia through their unique mobile pizzeria. Together with their son Luca, they've created a culinary experience that celebrates the best of contemporary Italian pizza-making.
We specialise in "Pizza Contemporanea" or "Canotto," featuring an airy, cloud-like crust that results from our pre-ferment method and a minimum 48-hour fermentation process.
